Catherine Cox Family Sheets
This package includes all Peter Craig’s annotated family group sheets for for the ancestors of Catherine Cox (1696-) m. Andrew Long; her parents Måns Cox (~1654-after 1720) m. Gunilla Jonasdotter (~1668-) and father-in-law Peter Long (-~1724) m. Ellenor; grandparents Peter Larsson Cock (1610-1687) m. Margaret Mansdotter Lom (1626-1703) and Jonas Nilsson (1720-1693) m. Gertrude Svensdotter (->1691); and great grandparents Måns Svensson Lom and Sven Gunnarsson plus step-great-grandfather Lars Andersson Collinus (-1689). There is evidence supporting Jeanne Tepe’s opinion that the grandfather of Catherine Cox was Eric Cock (~1650-1701) m. Elisabeth, so those sheets are also included: father Peter Cock (1674-1747) m. 1) Heirtrude Laican (1675-<1721) & 2) Maria Sträng (-<1747), Eric Cock (~1650-1701) m. Elisabeth Olofsdotter (1655-1735); Michael Nilsson Lycon (1631-1704) m. Helena Lom (1650-1720), Nils Andersson (-1754), John Anderson Sträng (-1726), Olof Philipsson. Additional materials and correspondence is included. It is 823 pages long.
It also contains a Dictionary (MS Word doc) of the abbreviations used by Peter Craig for many of the references in his family group sheets.
